It is among the largest structures in Potsdam and designed by a well known architect. The building’s substance is of high quality and very well maintained.  All rental units have a door entry phone, cable TV, premium carpets, fitted kitchens.  Most have terraces or balconies.  There is a lower level beneath the entire building which includes underground parking.

The rental units are 2, 3 and 4 room apartments of appropriate and easily rented size, between 52 and 116 m².  Since completion, the complex has continually been almost fully rented.  There are 15 commercial units on the ground floor, office units on the 1st floor.  Tenants include a large tax firm and several individual lawyers.  Commercial units comprise ca. 20 % the rental area.
