The seven, three storey apartment buildings, built in 1996 on three properties (total plot area: ca 5.173 m²), are set in attractive gardens.  They are constructed of masonry with brick facades and have more than 1.000 m² of basement space, divided into play areas and laundry facilities as well as bicycle and stroller storage rooms.

The old town of Nauen, about 15 minutes from Berlin, enjoys excellent transport connections to the German capital and has therefore become a preferred location for commuter housing and service orientated companies.  The buildings are situated in a residential subdivision established about 1995.
